The Savannah Film Festival invites all SCAD students to create a 20- to 45-second “bumper” to open films at the 2010 Savannah Film Festival. Live action, experimental, animation and motion media design approaches are all acceptable.
Theme: Celebration of the art of cinema; the ideas of conversation, discourse and sharing.
Tone: Youthful, vivacious and colorful.
Individuals and teams may apply (up to four students per team). Send an e-mail with the name, major, year, phone number and SCAD e-mail address for ALL team members to email@example.com by Oct. 1, 5 p.m., to register and receive more information.
Grand prize winner and runners-up will have an opportunity to see their bumpers screened the Savannah Film Festival and will receive passes to the festival.
Submissions must be uploaded to www.scad.edu/filmfest by Oct. 18, 5 p.m., for consideration. No entries will be accepted after this deadline.
