I can log in to the render farm, but not the file manager.

Hey, for some reason I am able to log in to the render farm to post and render projects, however I am unable to log in to the file manager or access it via FTP. It does not recognize my user name and password. Any idea of a solution or how I can view my rendered files?

This issue has been resolved. Follow these steps to connect with and FTP client.
You'll need to log in to view the page.

https://myfile.scad.edu/auth/sftp/

In summary, the address to myfile changed. It used to be mydfs.scad.edu but it is now sav-myfile.scad.edu.
In filezilla, do the following:
-File > Site Manager
-Make a new site (name it whatever you want)
-In the host name enter sav-myfile.scad.edu
-For Protocol, select SFTP - SSH File Transfer Protocol
- Logon Type: select normal and then enter your username and password

After all that info is entered, click connect and you should be good to go.
