Capcha not showing. Unable to access File Manager

While trying to access the File Manager, I misspelled my log in information 3 times. Now it asks me to write down the capcha. The problem is that the capcha never loads. I've tried it in 3 different browser and it's always the same thing! I've tried just about everything and it keeps asking me for the capcha that never loads.

Please fix that soon, I need to access my File Manager ASAP!
