Opening Houdini through a terminal only works if I include a

It was a weird issue.

Seems like there was some conflicts in the symbolic linking script given to him by Kent Huff.
Perhaps the file was corrupted.

We redid the script and cleared his homespace account of any previous files...
Everything seems to be working fine now.
