If you are using a Wacom tablet or Cintiq display, and pressure sensitivity does not work, here's what to do:

even if Photoshop works fine with the pen, it is possible that ToonBoom doesn't recognize it correctly.

1 - Close all open programs
2 - Go to Start > Utilities > Wacom File Preferences Utility
3 - Remove your Wacom preferences
4 - Before launching any program, touch the Cintiq Pen/Sylus to the screen so the computer recognizes it.
5 - Now launch Toon Boom Storyboard Pro, sensitivity should work.

If that does not work, try rebooting the computer after deleting prefs, and go through the steps again when you log on. You can also talk to one of us down at the Systems Office 24/7.

*Also, if you are using a graphics tablet other than the Cintiqs: according to ToonBoom, the stylus mapping has to be in "Pen" mode, not "Mouse."
