WD external Hard drive won't mount on Linux

WD external Hard drive won't mount on Linux. I renamed the drive, restarted the computer, and tried other computers but it still doesn't work. However, it does work on Windows.

drive needs to be formated with FAT or ntfs, its xfat right now.
